Duties and Responsibilities : - In charge of the hotel's corporate and travel agent room sales. - Find new markets and business prospects, and boost revenue. - Represent hotels at different exhibitions and events. - Leads daily sales calls and plans corporate clients' site visits to hotels. - Capable of offering prompt and efficient service, communicating with properties right away, and building expert, long-lasting business partnerships. - Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times. - Completes and supports the business's scheduled operational tasks, such as creating proposals, letters of application for corporate rates, contract drafting, and customer correspondence. - Closely collaborate with the revenue manager to make sure the suggested rate negotiations satisfy the hotels' budgetary requirements. - Build trusting relationships with the front office staff on the property to guarantee that everyone is working together and toward the same objectives at all times. - Participating in all required departmental and hotel meetings. - Builds connections within the community to bolster and broaden the clientele for potential sales. - Develops and maintains connections with important internal and external stakeholders.
