Description:
• Action on calls, visits, orders, etc.) to clients/outlets,
• Sales activities for product portfolios, product display, sales material display in store,
• Increase of customers/outlets in assigned by supervisor and manager,
• Prepare sales agreements to client, customers and outlets sponsorship,
• Build relationship with clients/customer and to ensure timely delivery of products to all wholesale and retail outlets assigned sale supervisor/manager,
• Implement the sales promotion, sales products closed with customer/users,
• Feedback a customer complaint and follow up on customer problem-solving,
• Respond to all the customers/outlets orders,
• Inform customers of promotions and new products benefits,
• Report daily sales activities, prepare documents reports to sales supervisor/manager.,
Requirements:
• Diploma in Sales Marketing and Business or equivalent,
• Preferably sales experience with Agrochemical Representation products to outlets and customer companies,
• Management knowledge,
• Problem-solving skills,
• Negotiation and persuasive skills,
• Possess valid driving license,
• Working under pressure, good communication, patients, good teams working and customers complaints,
• Computer literature (MS Word, excel, internet etc., ),
• Experiences 2 or 3 years in Sale or Sale team Leader.,
+Net salary from 900-$1000(net, plus phone card, gasoline)
+Commission, Increases salary,
