Key Accountabilities
- Fully manage and maintain daily revenue records based on transactions of operation
department.
- Coordinate and complete monthly and annual accounting report.
- Improve accounting systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to align with organizational
objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and prepare insightful reports for
Finance Manager /CFO.
- Ensure compliance with the group /organizational regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with operation department managers/heads/COO to optimize financial
strategies and resource allocation.
- Lead the preparation, monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Perform other tasks assigned by Finance Manager /CFO.
Job requirement
- At least Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field. (Master’s degree or
CPA/CFA is preferred)
- Experience at least 2 years with accounting skill, finance skill, or a related field.
- Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulatory requirements,
accounting and financial reporting standards.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Expertise in preparing, managing, and reviewing budgets,
forecasts, and financial models.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact
effectively with senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven leadership ability with experience in managing and developing finance
teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience with other Financial /Accounting Systems.
(related “Lark System” is preferred)
- Strong analytical, highly motivation and commitment, problem-solving, and
communication skills.
- Strong leadership, demonstrated abilities and a collaborative approach to working across
teams /across different departments.
- Active, friendly, honest and reliable, positive, energetic, and smart and hard-working.
- Strong command of both Chinese and Vietnamese (both written and verbal communication).
