Job Brief /Responsibilities: Campaign Management: • Plan, develop, and execute brand activation campaigns to achieve marketing goals • Involves brainstorming creative ideas, creating a campaign timeline, and managing target. • Oversee the implementation of the campaign, ensuring everything runs smoothly. • Analyze the results of the project and report to Head of Marketing. Team Leadership: • Lead and mentor a team of activation specialists or event staff. • Delegate tasks, provide coaching, and ensure the activation team meets deadlines. • Manage team performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications/Requirement Skill: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in activation or a similar marketing role. • FMCG Background is priority to fit the position. • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of project management principles with excellent organizational and planning skills. • fluency in English.
