Administrator, Office Worker

We are looking for an administrator position at the Mission Alliance of Cambodia (MAC) in Phnom Penh. The MAC is including two International NGOs, Community Enrichment Alliance International (CEAI) and Asia Mission Alliance (AMA).
Job Title: Administrator
Responsibilities: • Report to the Country Director and perform administrative duties. • Type, format, and edit reports and VISA related documents for foreign staff. • Enter data, maintain databases, and keep records. • Monitor the expiration date of VISA and send reminders to the foreign staff. • Process VISA renewals with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). • Summarize the quarterly reports from provinces and report to the Country Director, CDC, and MFA. • Renew MOU process by updating the previous MOU with Government.
Requirements: • Bachelor degree or experience in Administration or related fields. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Honesty, hardworking attitude, and flexibility. • Advanced typing, note-taking, record-keeping, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence. • Some negotiation skill with the Ministry of Foreign Affair. • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, and scanners. • Reasonable written and verbal communication skills. • Salary range of $250 - $400, depending on work experience. • Work Timing: Monday – Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. • Location: No. 5AF-2A, MORGAN TOWER, Tonle Bassac, ChamKamon, Phnom Penh
