Position Overview
The Admission Officer is responsible for managing student recruitment, enrollment processes, and digital marketing strategies for our private school. This role focuses on attracting prospective families through effective digital marketing channels while guiding them through the admissions journey to ensure enrollment targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete admissions cycle from enrollment
• Conduct campus tours and information sessions for prospective students and families
• Review and evaluate student applications according to established criteria
• Coordinate entrance assessments and interviews with academic team
• Process application fees and enrollment documents
• Manage the school's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create engaging content for digital platforms including photos, videos, and written content
• Monitor digital marketing analytics and prepare regular performance reports
• Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices in education sector
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, education or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, school admissions, or related areas
• Proven experience with social media and content creation
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools
• Able to communication skills in English (written and verbal) or in Mandarin is prefer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Understanding of the Cambodian education landscape and cultural context
