About Us: CTC Agrislink PVT Ltd. is a leading supplier of plant-based raw materials, specializing in cassava, sweet potato and for the global pet food and animal feed industry. As we continue to expand our operations in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team in Phnom Penh. Job Responsibilities: • Assist in agricultural research, data collection, and field assessments. • Support farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and quality control. • Work closely with senior agronomists and technical teams on agricultural projects. • Monitor crop conditions and suggest improvements for better yields. • Assist in supply chain and logistics coordination for agricultural products. • Prepare reports on field activities, crop performance, and market trends. • Willing to travel to rural areas for farm visits and fieldwork. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field (Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply). • Passion for agriculture and eagerness to learn. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in field environments and travel when necessary. • Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and sustainability concepts. • Good communication skills in English and Khmer. • Experience or background in family agriculture, particularly with sweet potato or cassava farming, is a plus.
