Key Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control in a manufacturing environment. Manage accounts payable/receivable, inventory costing, and production-related financial analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Collaborate with production teams to optimize cost efficiency and financial performance. Assist in audits, tax filings, and financial forecasting. Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, ERP systems, and financial regulations. Proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
