Assistant of Accounting (Part-time)

■ Job Type: Part-time (Afternoon shift is preferred) ■ Salary Range: $200 - $400 (To be calculated on an hourly basis) ■ Working Days: Mon-Sat ■ Working Hours: Flexible ■ Workplace: #54, St. 388, Toul Svay Prey I, Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh
◉ Responsibilities: ■ Involve in accounting-related activities ■ Work closely with the Accounting team (report to supervisor and top management) ■ Build the new operation of accounting, based on the business situation of the company ■ Support and advice to the members engaged in actual businesses (around 50-60 office members in 3 major businesses) * Task Examples* ■ Checking invoices (income and expenses) ■ Filling invoice by order ■ Scanning invoices ■ Clear petty cash from other departments ■ Assist with the task of payment collection ■ Assist with the task supervisor and top management assign
◉ Qualifications: ■ 1st year Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related field). ■ Khmer native, with proficiency in both spoken and written English. ■ No need a proven experience in accounting or finance roles. ■ Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel. ■ Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ■ Logical and critical thinking skills. ■ Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and honesty. ■ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. ■ Strong motivation to develop business from the Accounting/Financial aspect.
