Job Description
This position is responsible for assist Relationship Manager/Senior Manager to review, process and analyze larger SME/commercial loan applications submitted and prepare the credit appraisal report for credit underwriting approval as well as to monitor and ensure timely review/renewal of Large SME/Commercial Loans.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Senior/Relationship Managers to process and prepare Credit Appraisal Report of large SME/Commercial loan applications including detailed loan appraisal writeup and detailed financial analysis of the Large SME/Commercial clients in order to submit to competent approving party for loan approval. Collect, review and verify all clients’ required documents for credit evaluation. Maintain good relationship with clients in accordance to the guidelines stated in the bank’s loan policies and procedures to ensure the secured loans. Gather valid applicants’ financial records by obtaining and compiling copies of clients’ credit histories, company financial statement and other financial information in order to prevent from being conned. Conduct financial analysis and interpret applicants’ financial status, creditworthiness, property evaluations, repayment capacity to determine feasibility of granting loans. Coordinate loan contracts and arrange loan disbursement timely and accurately to fulfill clients’ needs and satisfaction. Closely monitor with Senior RM/RM on recommended/reviewed loan for timely repayment and to ensure Portfolio at Risk remains within acceptable level at all time. Ensure all commercial loan applications reviewed/prepared/recommended are fully compliant with all Hattha Bank policies and procedures with audit recommendations to avoid any reputational or financial risk. Work closely with Senior RM/RM and credit monitoring team to follow up on all post disbursement conditions and financial covenants and ensure full compliance. Build a strong collaborative relationship with all Hattha Bank’s specialists and other stakeholders who support your duties. Ensure proper keeping of all transactional records and take corrective action to follow up any incomplete documents. Constantly get updates on guidelines, Prakas, circular, other policies in regard to commercial loan sector issued by regulator. Provide honest and constructive feedbacks to line manager for better improvement on level of our customer service, processes, procedures, staff’s behavior, public image of the branch to achieve the Branch sales, referral, incomes, expenses target. Proactively keep up to date with and learning of the Bank’s policies, procedures, processes, products, services and customer service principles to present customers the Bank’s products and services accurately and persuasively. Skills Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting or any relevant field. Two years of working experiences in banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in credit function. Strong dedication to accuracy, efficiency and strong credit evaluation and analysis skills with extensive business insights related to commercial loans in Cambodia context. Financial literacy and ability to interpret and analyze financial statements (audited and/or management reports) of the business in order to access repayment capacity and financial soundness of the clients. Sense of judgement and common sense with both qualitative and quantitative tools to provide sound and comprehensive analysis/evaluation on complex credit applications. In-depth knowledge of the bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management. Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English and/or other languages. Proficient Microsoft Office and Bank’s software. Excellent organizing, recording, filing skills and good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
