We're Hiring: Assistant to CEO 📍 Location: FUNDERLAND GROUP Cambodia 🕒 Working Hours: Full-time 📅 Application Deadline: 28th February 2025
Job Responsibilities: 🔹 Provide administrative and strategic support to the CEO. 🔹 Assist in planning, organizing, and following up on key projects and meetings. 🔹 Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO. 🔹 Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for decision-making. 🔹 Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and executive tasks efficiently. 🔹 Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements: ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. ✅ At least [X] years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role. ✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities. ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools. ✅ Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
