Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Business Administration • Cambodia Candidate who can speak English and Chinese Job Responsibilities & Duties: • Collaborate closely with key business partners, senior management to assess, evaluate and improve internal control systems, compliance procedures, governance and regulatory requirements. • Work closely with various business operation units including Finance, Human Resources, Administration and Warehousing Departments to execute risk-based internal audit assignments. • Involve in analyzing and assessing business processes, identifying risks exposure, evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and provide constructive recommendations for improvement. • Provide advisory services regarding internal controls for the business practices and processes. • Oversee, mentor and manage the internal audit teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to established internal audit guidelines. • Generate comprehensive reports for senior management that highlight important metrics, trends on audit findings, recommendations for rectification and enhancements. • Follow up audit recommendations, assess residual risk, validate remedial work performed and close issues. • Carry out ad-hoc review and consulting work as and when required. • Keep updated on industry best practices, regulations & technological innovations to maintain internal audit compliance and governance. • Drive continuous improvement with internal audit best practices. 工作职责和职责： • 与主要业务合作伙伴、高级管理层密切合作，评估、评估和改进内部控制系统、合规程序、治理和监管要求。 • 与包括财务、人力资源、行政和仓储部门在内的各个业务运营部门密切合作，执行基于风险的内部审计任务。 • 参与分析和评估业务流程，识别风险敞口，评估内部控制的充分性和有效性，并提供建设性的改进建议。 • 为业务实践和流程提供内部控制方面的咨询服务。 • 监督、指导和管理内部审计团队，确保顺利运营并遵守既定的内部审计准则。 • 为高级管理层生成综合报告，重点介绍重要指标、审计结果趋势、整改和改进建议。 • 跟进审计建议，评估剩余风险，验证已执行的补救工作并解决问题。 • 根据需要开展临时审查和咨询工作。 • 随时了解行业最佳实践、法规和技术创新，以保持内部审计合规性和治理。 • 利用内部审计最佳实践推动持续改进。
