Brand Manager (Marketing)

-Preferable bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field. -At least 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising field, preferably in FMCG, Cosmetic industry…etc. -Strong understanding for cosmetic and beauty industry in Cambodia market, good understanding consumer behavior and retail current trends. -Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, analyzing data from campaign activities and analyze reporting performance. -In-depth knowledge of brands management and integrated marketing channels and trends in brand activation. -Flexibility to adapt to the changing market dynamics, consumer preferences and organizational priorities. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. -Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. -Ability to conduct market research and consumer surveys. -Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a keen eye for detail. -Excel in data analysis and using office tools like Microsoft word, office, excel.
