Job Description * Brand Management: - Lead and manage tasting sessions for a variety of beverages, including flavored non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, coffee, tea, and blended beverages. - Maintain a keen eye for detail with a strong understanding of drink mixing tools, techniques, and beverage preparation. - Oversee the development and management of the company's future showroom. - Support the sales team by providing beverage innovation insights and assisting with walk-in customer inquiries at the showroom. - Plan and strategize customer visits, including current clients and new market development opportunities in bars, cafes, restaurants, and similar establishments. - Generate creative ideas for customer beverage photography and trade-related photography for promotional purposes. - Monitor market activities and provide feedback, including competitor promotions, market trends, and pricing strategies.
* Product Innovation and Development: - Develop new beverage recipes and innovative drink concepts for new product lines, as well as seasonal or festive beverage programs. - Collaborate with the marketing team to support the company’s social media presence, including updating marketing activities and live training programs focused on beverage innovation.

* Business Development: - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key account customers and distributors to ensure long-term business growth. - Track local and global beverage trends, using this information to pitch innovative ideas to key accounts for their regular and seasonal menus.
* Training and Support: - Organize and facilitate customer tasting sessions, demos, and training workshops, including the development of PowerPoint presentations for brand training. - Actively participate in industry road shows and exhibitions such as Food and Hotel Indonesia, Café Show, SIAL InterFoods, and other relevant events.
* Additional Responsibilities: - Provide periodic reports to supervisors as requested. Job Requirements - A strong passion for food and beverage trends, with a particular focus on working with bars and cafes in the hospitality industry. - Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of drink mixing tools, techniques, and beverage preparation. - Proven ability to establish and maintain strong internal relationships, while also building and nurturing external networks. - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the flexibility to adapt communication style to meet the needs of diverse customers. - Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented approach. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines through effective project management. - Proficient in office related software. - Flexibility with working hours and willingness to travel (approximately 30% nationwide).
+ Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: - Three to five years of experience in beverage creation and presentation settings. - Proficient in using office software applications. Languages: Fluent in Khmer (Proficient) and English.
* This position will be stationed at our distributor at SKSK CO., LTD with office at No. 3, Street 602, Sangkat BoeungKak 2, KhanTuol Kouk, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
