Job Description 1. Responsible for the management and verification of daily income and expenditure 2. Verify the daily report of the store and confirm the timely collection of accounts receivable 3. Responsible for collecting and reviewing original vouchers, ensuring the legality and accuracy of reimbursement procedures and original documents 4. Responsible for registering cash and bank deposit journals and accurately entering them into the system, and preparing bank deposit balance adjustment tables on time 5. Timely collect, bind, compile, and archive accounting vouchers, account books, reports, etc. for accounting file management work 6. Cooperate with the office's financial management to compile statistics and summaries 7. Develop a cash flow plan based on the company's development plan, including monthly plans Job Requirement: • Fresh Graduate in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration • Experience in using QuickBooks • Good level of English (spoken and written language will be English) • Strong analytical and synthetic skills • Rigorous, well organized, autonomous and proactive • Ability to work as a team member in a multicultural environment • Eager to learn, to adapt to new situations and take up challenges • Good skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
