Cashier

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Process cash payments, refunds, and other transactions accurately and efficiently. - Assist customers with inquiries related to their purchases, internet banking services, and other store-related matters. - Guide customers in setting up and using internet banking services, including online account management, fund transfers, and bill payments. - Verify the authenticity of payment methods and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes. - Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure efficient operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS - High school diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage. - Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred. - Proficiency in Khmer, English and Chinese is a plus. - Familiarity with internet banking platforms - Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
