Job Description:
1、接待客户；
Reception of customers;
2、回复客户信息 （ 处理客诉、服务等等）；
Reply to customer information (handle customer complaints, provide services, etc.)
3、前台值班 （ 充水电费 ）；
Front desk duty (water and electricity charges)
4、资料整理 （ 收楼、领物品、委托钥匙、车位租赁和开通燃气的记录等等 ）；
Data collation (receiving property, collecting items, entrusting keys, parking space rental and gas connection records, etc.);
5、客户信息反馈；
Customer information feedback;
6、维修跟进 ；
Repair and follow up;
7、物业费催缴。
Property management fee collection。
工作要求：
Job Requirements:
1、熟练掌握中文，会英文者优先；
Be good in Chinese, both be good in Chinese and English preferred;
2、国籍：柬埔寨籍；
Nationality: Cambodian;
3、有楼栋管理经验；
Have experience in building management;
4、性格开朗、待人和善；
Having outgoing personality and kind;
薪资：700-900美元/月
SALARY: $700-900/month
注：需值夜班
Note: Night shift required
