NOTE: you MUST have SOLID solid experience in foundation and structure work (work experiance MUST be related to onsite inspection structure work).
Inspecting: Checking that construction meets building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. This includes inspecting plumbing, electrical, and other systems, as well as the structural integrity of the building.
Monitoring: Regularly visiting construction sites to ensure compliance and track work progress.
Testing: Using equipment like moisture meters and electrical testers to check for issues.
Documenting: Keeping daily logs and writing reports that include findings and any required corrections.
Communicating: Liaising with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address issues. Recommending: Advising contractors on violations and recommending adjustments.
