About Us:
Capital Arts is Cambodia’s leading signage company, specializing in high-quality custom signs, LED displays, storefront branding, and vehicle wraps. We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Signage Construction Supervisor to oversee the fabrication and assembly of signage projects.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the construction and assembly of signage according to design specifications.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, and finishing.
• Oversee and coordinate the existing workshop team, including welders, painters, CNC operators, and installers.
• Ensure quality control at every stage of production to maintain high standards.
• Manage project timelines and workflow to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Ensure workplace safety and proper material handling.
• Assist in problem-solving during the fabrication and installation process.
Requirements:
• Experience in signage fabrication, metalwork, or construction.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and design specifications.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the production team.
• Knowledge of materials like acrylic, aluminum, LED modules, and vinyl.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions during production.
• Basic communication skills in Khmer and English are a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Some experience in metal fabrication, welding, and construction will be preferred.
Strong leadership skills to supervise a team of welders, painters, and technicians.
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and ensure precise execution.
Fluency in Khmer and English for effective communication.
