●Job Summary We are a Microfinance company. We are looking for a proficient Sales officer for the car loan. ●Responsibility 1. Develop and generate sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. 2. Promote loan products and services among target customers. 3. Visit the car dealers and the motor dealers to promote loan products and make a good relationship. 4. Meet and collect information from customers for loan applications. 5. Process loan contracts and other related legal documents. 6. Response to customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them. 7. Monitor and follow up to ensure a timely repayment. 8. Operate in accordance with the guidelines and policies, and in compliance with laws and regulations. ●Requirement experience 1. At least 2 years experience with the car loan. 2. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business related course. 3. Excellent knowledge of Sales and Marketing, credit risk management, and credit lending. 4.
