Job Responsible:
• Key person to coordinate between patients and insurance or corporate companies.
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance coverage.
• knowledgeable about our company’s offering, products, services, promotion and remaining up to date with any changes.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting them with issues/concerns related to their health.
• Assist patients with filling out patient history forms, consent forms and insurance forms.
• Answer/investigate and direct patient inquiries or complaints to the appropriate about our service.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients at all times.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Re-scheduling or canceling patient appointments to patients and forward patient inquiries to colleagues and other departments efficiently.
Job Requirement:
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1 Year experience in Customer Service, Sales or related field
• Excellent customer service and customer support skills
• Knowledge of healthcare or clinical setting and insurance products is a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer inquiries
• Good in English, MS office
** Working Condition:
▪ Working hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm (Break time: 1hour)
▪ Off 1 day / week (rotate as per arrange by management)
