๐ฎ Job description
โ Directly support and answer online questions for customers when they have problems with depositing and withdrawing money on the web or mobile app.
โ Timely handle some errors or web systems during maintenance
โ Timely notify customers when the website is under maintenance
โ Propose some solutions to solve the problems.
๐ฎ Requirements

โ Attentive, meticulous, polite, courteous, hardworking and optimistic in work.
โ Continuously improve yourself.
โ Handle work in a positive way.
๐ฎ Salary
โ No experience Probation 800$ - Transfer 1000$ up
โ With experience, salary is negotiable!
Basic salary: $800 ~ $1500 (negotiable if you have excellent achievements) + Monthly KPI Performance Bonus
๐ฎ Working hours: 10 hours/day - Working shifts
- 1 working day has 3 shifts
- shift 1 (morning)
- shift 2 (afternoon)
- shift 3 (evening)
- (note; working schedule time must change shifts and team leader arranges for employees)
๐Leave and other benefits:
Annual leave: 18 days
Seniority bonus: 7.5 days after 6 months (paid in June/December every year).
Overtime pay: Provided separately.
Meals: Provided by the company.
Night shift allowance: $1.30/hour (10:00 pm to 1:00 am).
Night shift meal allowance: $3.50/meal.
๐ก Leave and benefits:
Holidays: 4 days/month
10 days of general leave
8 days of marriage
90 days of maternity leave (half salary)
Year-end bonus: Provided.
Cambodia international holidays: off or change to another holiday
Overtime on holidays: 100% salary increase
Holiday pay
Travel allowance: $350/month.
Birthday bonus: $100.
National Health Insurance Fund (NSSF).
Need to know the language of communication in work and customers
