- Communicate with customer, respond to customer inquiries, track, maintain and solve customer’s problem - Correspondence on phone call and email to customer - Coordinate with carriers, agent, and oversea offices to arrange ocean/air freight bookings - Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL/AWB, invoices, certificates of origin) - Track shipments proactively and provide real – time updates to clients - Resolve operational issues including delays, customs clearance, and documentation discrepancies - handling shipping operations: contacting customers, quoting prices, checking and delivering documents, handling bills, collecting receivables and payables, tracking goods, and etc. - Maintain accurate records in the logistics management system
