1. Provide efficient and courteous customer service to clients on all aspects of property services.
2. Field incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and maintain client relationships.
3. Manage property listings, enquiries, and processing transactions.
4. Collaborate with real estate brokers to expedite and enhance property sales activity.
5. Assist in scheduling property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
6. Assist in scheduling handover to clients.
7. Manage the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and other process documentation.
8. Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
9. Receives inquiries from and/or contacts the organization’s offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues.
10. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. At least one year experience in Customer Service or Sale
2. At least Bacholor Degree of Marketing or related fields
3. Very Good at Chinese (both speaking and writing)
4. Communication Skills
5. Negotiation/Adaptability
6. Tolerance
7. Good command of English and computer skills
