Customs Document Intern

I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Received booking from customers, booking from freight team to handle shipments • Check emails, documents, SOP to prepare CDS • Do data entry and cross-check CDS • Upload documents to VNACCS system • Collect related documents and archive then send to customers' system. • Support update timestamps and POD • Support billing • Other related report II. REQUIREMENTS • COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 4 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable. • Incoterms knowledge • Good English skills (both speaking & writing) • Can-do attitude, hard-working, willing to learn & enthusiastic • Good at MS Office
II.
