#Key Responsibilities: -Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction across playground branches. -Oversee branch performance, ensuring adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. -Lead and manage branch managers, supervisors, and staff to achieve operational and business goals. -Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. -Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to drive traffic and revenue growth. -Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and industry regulations in all playground branches. -Analyze operational data and customer feedback to improve service quality and facility management. -Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance performance and service quality. Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and improvements within playground operations. #Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field. -Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in family entertainment, retail, or hospitality. -Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach. -Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven decision-making mindset. -Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in playground or entertainment operations. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple locations. -Strong communication and organizational skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management tools.
