1. Distributor Development: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen distributor networks and improve market coverage. -Identify potential distributors and assist in onboarding new partners. -Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for distributors and monitor their performance. -Collaborate with distributors to identify growth opportunities and address challenges. -Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to ensure alignment with company objectives. 2. Training Programs: -Design and deliver training programs for distributors and their teams, focusing on: -Product knowledge (features, benefits, and usage). -Sales techniques and customer engagement. -Inventory management and order processing. -Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules. -Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update content as needed. 3.Discipline and System Management -Enforce workplace discipline and ensure staff adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations. -Address and resolve employee performance or behavioral issues promptly and professionally. -Maintain a respectful, accountable, and orderly work environment. -Promote a culture of punctuality, accountability, and professional conduct among all employees. -Control attendance to check In and check out of Salesman and Sales managers vis system. -Prepare digital platform material training for sales team. Manage DMS System for productivities Increasement. -Prepare weekly the products knowledge testing for sales team. 4. Sales Support: -Work closely with the sales team to ensure distributors have the tools and support needed to achieve sales targets. -Assist distributors in creating localized sales strategies and promotional activities. -Monitor distributor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. 5. Market Insights: -Gather feedback from distributors on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. -Share insights with internal teams to improve product offerings and marketing strategies. 6. Relationship Management: -Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors to ensure loyalty and mutual growth. -Act as the primary point of contact for distributor inquiries and escalations. -Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): -Growth in distributor sales volume and market share. -Distributor satisfaction and retention rates. -Effectiveness of training programs (measured through post-training assessments and sales improvements). -Timely and accurate implementation of distributor initiatives. -Reduction in distributor-related issues or escalations.
