Job Purpose
Provide full daily general administrative support across Borey Varina in relation to site and office service to all departments by implementing administrative procedure and policy so that everyone has full administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities :
• Manage and monitor cleanness and safety in and around office campus and working space
• Request the office supply for all departments
• Control the stock of stationery and other company’s items such as helmet, shoes, I-com, Uniform etc. and make sure they are returned when employee leave the company;
• Ensure to collect all water receipts and Electricity receipts,
• Monitoring the suppliers come for maintenance the facilities of the company;
• Prepare related monthly reports;
• Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Qualifications :
• BA degree in Business Administration or others related subject;
• Minimum of 1 years working experience in administrative function;
• Good knowledge of English regardless speaking, writing, reading or listening;
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
• Ability to distribute information in formal way and well perform multi-task;
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel).
