๐ฏ Position Summary
Weโre looking for a Cambodia-based Digital Marketing Head who can launch our brand online, manage livestream campaigns, and lead digital growth with a modern and localized strategy.
๐ Key Responsibilities
โข Lead the digital marketing strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
โข Plan and execute Chinese-style livestreams with urgency-based selling tactics.
โข Manage digital ad campaigns and optimize performance through data and testing.
โข Build and manage a team including content creators, editors, and community managers.
โข Oversee influencer collaborations, from briefing to tracking ROI.
โข Create funnels from awareness to purchase, including pre-order and retargeting strategies.
โข Work closely with product, design, and logistics teams for launch coordination.
โข Continuously analyze trends, competitors, and platform algorithms to stay ahead.

Requirements
โข Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram algorithms.
โข Hands-on experience with livestream selling, preferably using multi-phone or multi-angle setups.
โข Deep knowledge of Cambodian market behavior, language, and digital trends.
โข Strong grasp of paid ads, engagement funnels, and eCommerce metrics.
โข Experience working with creators, KOLs, and influencer campaigns.
โข Fluent in Khmer (English and Thai are a plus).
โข Creative, analytical, and highly collaborative.

โข Have experience with Korean or Thai beauty brands.
โข Have led product launches or pre-order campaigns.
โข Are obsessed with data, creative testing, and real results.
