JOB ANNOUNCEMENT – SUPERVISOR TRAINEE PROGRAM
Position: Supervisor Trainee for Sales Executive /Sales Coordinator /Operation assist.
/Documentation assist/ Custom Clearance Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Sales/Operation/Documentation/Equipment Control/Custom Clearance
Supervisor Trainee Program:
1. Supervisor Trainee program is looking for the candidates qualified to be the potential supervisors or management after joining for certain period with brilliant performance and loyalty.
2. Candidates can be graduates or having job experiences with 1-3 years in related fields.
3. Trainees will be entitled/transferred to be the official employee of company after passed the probation period.
4. Trainees/Employees are all applied to the program of promotion, annual salary increase and welfares packages based on the performance review.
5. The jobs position of Trainees will be allocated to the department which is regarded the most suitable for the person’s talent.
6. Rotate of each job position will be a default for all employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good at English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
