Key Responsibilities o Track and process outgoing payments for film production expenses. o Verify and reconcile invoices from vendors and service providers. o Maintain records of all payments and ensure timely disbursements. o Negotiate with vendors to secure discounts and favorable payment terms. o Prepare financial reports and statements for film production budgets. • Qualifications o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. o Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable roles. o Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and strong communication skills. o Familiarity with financial software and accounting principles.
