Account Receivable Officer

I. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Maintain up-to-date billing system by checking if the city ledger (accounts receivable) invoice from front office is correct and to carry out reconciliation of accounts forwarded to city ledger - Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines such as preparing invoices for city ledger accounts, dropping invoices, and collecting payments - Follow up collection and allocation of payments, making phone calls asking for payments, verifying which accounts are being paid - Prepare bank deposits - Maintain accounts receivable customer files such monitoring account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, investigate and resolve customer querries, communicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personally - Organizing a recovery system and initiate collection efforts - Actual inventory check of stocks in assistance or in the absence of Cost Controller regarding to Housekeeping inventory - Assist AP Officer on inventory checks if with free time - Perform other tasks may assigned by the management. II. Job Requirement: II. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or related fields. - At least 1 years’ experience in accounting department. - Be able to communicate in English and Khmer - Good attitude, hard-working, honesty, and strong commitment - Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel…) and QuickBooks Accounting System - Be flexible and problem-solving skill. - Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability - Ability to work under tight deadline and pressure.
