KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for knowing critical functions within the department and capable of mentoring and assisting employees within the department.
• To Prepare and compose the accounting policy and procedures.
• To Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting, and accounting control procedures.
• To prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, stock-purchasing, freights, importations and taxes.
• Monitors compliance with Cambodia accounting standards and company’s procedures.
• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
• Ensures compliance with Cambodian government regulations, laws and corporate policies.
• Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
• Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.
• Accountable for accuracy and timeliness of inventory controls and cost controls.
• Applies cost accounting methods to achieve accurate representation of cost center performance.
• To perform other duties as assigned related to accounting works.
• To accomplish other tasks assigned by GM/C.O.O.
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in finance/ Accounting.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in finance/ Accounting.
3. Understanding and familiarization with CIFRS-16 accounting format will be an added advantage.
4. Good command in both Khmer & English language is essential.
5. Strong ability to study, analyze, improvise and produce recommendation for improvement.
6. Strong Communication, Time Management & Problem Solving Skills.
7. Strong Leadership skill and ability to manage a team of Subordinates.
8. Strong computer skills.
9. Ability to travel locally and overseas on business mission.
