Daily • Prepare payments to overseas/local suppliers and ensure complete supporting documents for payment processing. • Record expense and income transactions in the QB system. • Check all purchase requests and other documents when received from admin • Process Bank slip to transfer to suppliers’s bank account at the bank. • Update daily expense to track cash out. • Update cash in out and send to treasy team 3time/week • Classify document expense and income to folder Monthly • Prepare invoice rental and EDC • Check and vertify leasing report by monthly • Collect bank statement end of month from VCL Ad-hoc • Check monthly income report from OP • Filling documents for all company transaction • Other tasks assign by Supervisor/Manager. Required Skills and Knowledge: • Proven understanding in bookkeeping, account AP/AR, and suppliers/customer account reconciliation • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, double entry and outstanding balance practices. • Familiar with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel skills. • Good analytical, problem-solving, and daily tasks completion • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and senior management. Required Competencies: • Physically, emotionally, and mentally fit • Customer care • Teamwork • Problem solving • Interpersonal and communication skills • Empathy Required Work Experiences: • At least 1 years’ experience working as accountant role preferable for healthcare environment or similar filed Required Qualifications: • 3rd year’s university or fresh graduated of bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field Required Languages: • Proficient in English • Khmer
