Job Summary:
• Compile monthly financial data and input data into the monthly presentation.
• Assist in providing a narrative on the monthly financial report.
• Assist in the functional unit's monthly expenses report.
• Assist in arranging meetings and taking minutes of meetings.
Job Responsibilities:
• Compile and reconcile monthly financial data to ensure timely and accurate reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing budget tracking reports to monitor departmental spending and support budget adherence across functional units.
• Provide monthly financial commentary to explain key variances between actual results and budget or forecast figures, supporting data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with functional units to gather, validate, and analyze expense reports, ensuring accurate cost allocation and compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare and maintain supporting schedules and working files for monthly reporting cycles to ensure audit readiness and transparency.
• Organize and document meetings, including drafting minutes and following up on action items, to facilitate effective financial planning and collaboration.
