KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
-Processes expense reports and monitors incoming invoices
-Organize and schedule appointments
-Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
-Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock
-Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
-Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
-Performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Have at least 1 year of experience in the field or in a related
-Able to use English fluently (Chinese is advantage)
-Able to travel from Phnom Penh to Province and Province to Phnom Penh
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
-Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
-Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
