Job Responsibilities • Greet visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, registering them and issuing visitor badges when necessary. • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. • Answer and screen incoming phone calls professionally, routing them to the correct staff member. • Prepare meeting rooms and booking for anyone need. • Arrange offerings according to each traditional day • Work with builder to support general need in the building • Post a welcome card for new staff joining and staff birthdays. • Control on Stationery, Cleaning, first ads and Processes document for request and clear every 2month • Control on stuff shoe user in office • Prepare for include KNY, CNY, Pchum Ben, Cheng Meng… • Operation for Holi-Offering Day with purchase fruit • Request budget and clear with finance team every month for Team Building 200$ and for every 3-month 500$ • Check office environment must be clean • Check door and air-con before leave work • Announce Information (New Stuff on Board, Birthday…) • Check and Request Water bottle for use in meeting room • Operation Car & Motor Coupon with CKID every month • Request or Update Car Parking Card with CKID • Control asset use for stuff work at HQ (IT & Procurement assist) • Process document for sign to Madam home with Madam Secretary • Operation clear for Smart, Cellcard, Camitel every month • Contact to CKID team when office have problem or inform them • Inform to team when get update or inform from CKID team or other (Ex: check foreigner stuff, check security, check air-con…) • Monthly birthday cake preparation for the staff • Prepare clear payment for TADA every month (Group, FWS, VSK) • Prepare medicine use in office for 3month • Prepare Fixed Assist
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in business communication or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and new technology
