Job Requirement:
-Computer skill: MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoints)
Admin Officer: will be responsible for supervise stock controller and security guard at factory and task assigned by Factory Manager. Works at factory and directly support from Factory Manager. In addition, he/she is in charge of preparing monthly stock request (stationery, bathroom supply, សំភារៈសែនផ្សេងៗ) and facilitating for daily usage he/she will handle on factory cleanliness & security matters.
• Control all stock & inventory at factory (fuel, raw material, finished goods, construction tools & other accessories)
• Handle on receiving stock from suppliers and delivering the stock to requesters
• Produce report on daily, weekly and monthly basis to supervisor
• Receive and track all requests from factory staffs and raise PR to Head Office
• Manage cleanliness & security in factory/office
• Arrange and prepare admin. stock (stationery & bathroom supply)
• Control electricity usage at staff accommodation and report to finance for payment receiving from staff
• Assist admin head office when needed
*Other benefit:
-Working Schedule: Mon-Sat (Morning), 8:00AM - 5:30PM (Time Break: 12:00PM -13:30PM)
- AL 18days after pass probation
- 13th Salary
- KPI for every year
- Public Holiday follow by Ministry of Labor
