Job Role and Summary Admin Engineer provides crucial support to the engineering team, ensuring efficient operations and smooth project execution + Responsibilities: - Manage engineering team calendars and schedules. - Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics. - Prepare presentations, reports, and other technical documents. - Maintain project files and documentation systems. - Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents. - Answer phones, emails, and inquiries from colleagues and clients. - basic technical issues. - Assist project managers with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. - Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks. - Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders. - Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards. + Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field (may vary). - Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or engineering support role. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Working knowledge of engineering principles and terminology (preferred). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
