We are seeking a talented and motivated Mobile Developer with expertise in Flutter and Native App Development to join our IT team. As a Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our mobile applications, ensuring they are robust, user-friendly, and performant. You will collaborate with a team of developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the seamless functionality and performance of our applications. Your contribution will be essential in delivering high-quality mobile projects that support our company's business objectives in an international setting, where innovative projects directly impact our global success.

Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications to improve performance, security, and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features for our mobile applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Flutter and native code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with the backend team to ensure seamless integration between the mobile app and backend systems.
Optimize mobile app performance to enhance user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve mobile app issues.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least 2 years experience as a Mobile Developer with a strong focus on Flutter and Native App Development.
Experience in app deployment and distribution through app stores.
Familiarity with mobile development frameworks and technologies.
Critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
