Job responsibilities:
- Work with client to arrange import shipment to meet SOP.
- Update shipment information in operations system
- Work with carrier to D/O on time.
- Follow up with client to get document for arrange import clearance
- Prepare import shipping document for clearance.
- Work with internal teams (trucking/brokerage) to arrange import clearance and on time delivery cargo to door.
- Billing and arrange completely document to clients on time
- Work with carrier to get refund deposit and follow up empty return on time.
- Work proactive in resolving problems
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisors
Requirements:
- Graduate degree
- Good computer skills (typing, Microsoft word/excel)
- Good teamwork’s spirit and organizational skills, attention to detail
- Hard working, punctual, flexible, patient, good attitude, commitment and be able to work
under pressure
- Willing to work at long distance
- Can speak and write English
