ASSISTANT TO THE CEO (FEMALE) WITH CHINESE AND VIETNAMESE LANGUAGE SKILLS
Position: Assistant to the CEO (Preferably female)
Number of positions: 01
Job Description:
Assist and work directly with the CEO, coordinating daily tasks.
Manage the CEOβs calendar, organize meetings, calls, and arrange business trips.
Draft and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence in both Vietnamese and Chinese.
Translate documents between Vietnamese and Chinese as needed.
Receive and handle calls, emails, letters, and other administrative tasks.
Communicate and work with international partners and clients (mainly from China).
Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
Female, aged 22 - 30 years old.
University graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Proficient in both Chinese and Vietnamese (good speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills).
At least 1 year of experience as an assistant or in administrative work is an advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
