Job Responsibilities
1. Developing and implementing sales plan
2. Conducting regular sales & operations meetings
3. Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
4. Organizing marketing activities & events for the branch
5. Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
6. Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
7. Resolving customer problems as needed
8. Accessing market conditions & identifying opportunities
9. Drafting forecasts and business plan
10. Managing budget, allocating brand funds, and finding financial objectives
11. Coordinating with other branch to share knowledge, plan promotional activities or achieve goals.
12. Adhering to high ethical and professional standards.
