RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and expand the branch's customer base.
- Meet or exceed branch sales targets by promoting and cross selling a range of banking products and services.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and revenue generation.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2-3.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, sales strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate fluency in the English language, both spoken and written, ensuring effective communication.
- Proficiency in both English and Khmer is required.
