JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor competitors’ activities in order to identify opportunities for new products or
Services
• Develop marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to meet company objectives
• Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics, then
making adjustments as needed
• oversee company’s advertising budget by creating media plans, negotiating rates
with vendors, and selecting appropriate media channels.
• Manage all delivery platforms for the company and conduct business negotiation with
delivery partners.
• Review sales reports to identify trends and make adjustments to improve
Performance
• Coordinate with production team to ensure that products are delivered on time and
meet quality standards
• Maintain relationships with vendors in order to secure discounts and special offers
• Create marketing campaigns using print materials such as brochures, catalogs, and
flyers as well as digital formats such as email blasts and social media posts
• Develop budgets for marketing campaigns and recommending spending levels to
Management
• Lead marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or related filed.
• Minimum3-4 year of working experience in marketing with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory
role.
• Knowledgeable of marketing techniques and concepts
• Good communication and negotiation
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to design and use analytic program such as marketing sight, data cracker, etc.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Ms. Office and Marketing software / tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
