Job Responsibilities:
• Receive food and beverage checks from waiters and create the bill
• Take care of all transactions with the use of the POS system
• Issue receipts, change, or credit card slips
• Redeem vouchers and coupons
• Ensure the register is balanced at the end of the shift or working period and handover to Finance at the end of the shift
• Coordinate with the finance team for bill information, credit bills, pending and void bills
• Check that the menu prices and the system prices are aligned
• Function as the host/hostess of the restaurant when needed
• Courteously greet customers upon arrival and when leaving the premises
