Job Description:
As a Processing Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting Matter Lawyers by efficiently managing the administrative and operational tasks associated with visa applications. You will be responsible for ensuring all documentation is accurately prepared, filed, and processed in a timely manner to enhance the overall efficiency of the legal process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to Matter -Lawyers by preparing and organizing case documents.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, record-keeping, and client communication for required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies by reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with lawyers and department heads regarding case statuses.
Specific Tasks:
- Draft visa applications and ensure all required information is accurately included.
- Check for missing documents required for visa applications and follow up with clients as necessary.
- Draft and send emails to clients requesting missing documentation.
- Record and manage payments, ensuring all financial records are accurately maintained.
- Handle email correspondence related to visa application cases.
- Notify the legal practitioner promptly of any missing information or required documents.
- Draft and update organizational charts as needed.
- Provide and submit required documents to relevant government authorities.
- Organize and handle documents, including renaming, combining, or formatting as needed for efficient case processing.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in English, both writing and reading verbal.
-Microsoft Office skills (e.g Word, Excel)
