Chassis Repair Technical Specialist -

JOB DESCRIPTION • Receive, inspect, repair, and evaluate all damaged machinery and equipment related to hydraulic systems and electro-hydraulic systems for construction machinery and automobiles; provide daily work reports. • Assess repair quality, conduct acceptance testing, and hand over repaired equipment to operational units. • Provide daily work efficiency reports, technical reports, and supplier feedback reports. • Follow maintenance and repair procedures, ensuring compliance with 5S, occupational safety, and fire prevention regulations at the workplace. JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications • College or University Graduated with major Automotive Technology / Construction Machinery Engineering or related fields. Age & Health Requirements • Age: 22 – 45 years old • Good physical health to meet job demands. Work Attitude • Proactive, problem-solving mindset, always seeking solutions to complete assigned tasks effectively. • Disciplined and compliant with the unit’s and company’s rules and regulations. Competencies • Strong organizational abilities, integrity, professionalism, and exemplary work ethic. Skills • Ability to work independently, creatively, and meticulously under high work pressure. • Expertise in the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery and vehicles, with preference for candidates experienced in hydraulic systems, electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, and chassis maintenance. • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and vehicle diagnostic scanners.
