Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including forecasting capital needs and identifying monetary resources.
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the organization, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Advise on long-term business and financial planning
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding the company's financial performance.
- Provide leadership, direction, and management to the finance and accounting team.
- Analyze financial data and create models based on the analysis.
Job Requirement
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Five years up experience as a Financial Management or in a similar role.
- Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Work Conditions
*Salary can be negotiation
*Working hours: 8:30AM-5:30PM
*Working date: Monday to Saturday
*Public holidays: Follow labor low
*Free Gym, Pool, Steam & Sauna
*Annual leave, sick leave, special leave
*Meals, fuel, parking fees
