Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial management, reporting, and regulatory compliance of the financial institution. The CFO ensures compliance with the Cambodian Tax Revenue Services (www.tax.gov.kh) and the National Bank of Cambodia (www.nbc.gov.kh) while providing strategic financial leadership to support business growth, efficiency, and resilience. The role includes financial planning, risk management, corporate governance, and internal control improvements to optimize business performance and seize market opportunities.

*****Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent financial certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, including leadership roles in financial institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Cambodian financial regulations, taxation laws, and banking compliance.
• Strong experience in financial planning, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
***Benefits
-Workdays: Monday to Friday.
-Working hours: 8 hours/day with a 1-hour break.(12 to 13:00)
-Probation period: 3 months,Depend on interview.
-UDC Contract: After passed probation.
-Social security benefits(NSSF).
-Seniority payment: 15day a year.

-Public holidays and annual leave as per Cambodian labor law.
